Dear **********
I accept your apology, but I guess you have no idea why I was so worked up, because you're not the victim of a witch hunt, so please allow me to explain.
I was shouted at while I was sleeping in my bed (ALONE, the gentleman changing the tampax bin that morning could be the witness) in the morning for no reason, she even yelled that I wasn't even supposed to be in my room (hey, my very existence in the room was being questioned by someone I don't even know, while I was completely defenceless in my bed, even with an audience happily watching the whole damned drama, you see the point?). I felt violated, humiliated, and very, very angry. If the cleaner you hired ever done this to you, how would you react? I went to complain, and see what I have got? An email accusing me of some nonsense. And what have I done? Not a thing.
This is why I call this a witch hunt. Because I figured that my girlfriend came on Friday afternoon, and left 8 o'clock on Monday morning. Your reliable information source never even had a chance to see her. So, the whole accusation was based on some silly baseless speculation. Nothing she saw that morning belongs to my girlfriend except one small traveling case which I borrowed from her a long time ago, and one pair of slippers. So whoever it is that drew that conclusion must be a real genius.
I know you're only doing your job, but for this not to happen ever again (not just to me, to everyone. I've heard a lot people complaining about something like this many times), perhaps next time you may deal with the matter with more delicacy, and in the mean time, question, just a little bit, your reliable information source.
Sincerely yours,
**************
